Juvenile Jurisdiction

First Step  

Students who persistently or habitually refuse to follow school rules must be dealt with immediately.

Second Step

Conduct a Student Study Team Meeting.

Third Step

Administrator will review The California Welfare Institution Code 601 and District Policy with the SST

Fourth Step

A Student Improvement Plan will be written and agreed by the SST.

Final Outcome

Failure to fulfill the Student Improvement Plan will result serious consequences to minor and parent/guardians.
