Get “Written Statement” from victim

Second Step

Conduct student’s investigation, call students in Individually the same day if possible. All students questioned should write a “Written Statement”.

Third Step

Review all student statements and call in possible suspects.

Fourth Step

If one of the students questioned admits to stealing it, obtain their “Written Statement”. Inform parents immediately.

Final Outcome

Suspension and follow district policy as far as reimbursement of Cell Phone.
